Goodnight Desdemona (Good Morning Juliet) is a comedic play by Canadian playwright Ann-Marie MacDonald that reimagines Shakespearean tragedies, following a timid academic, Constance Ledbelly, who travels into the worlds of Othello and Romeo and Juliet to find the original manuscript, ultimately discovering her own voice and agency.
In the fall of 2023, Miss Porter's School's afternoon program produced the play, in which I participated as a stage carpenter and running crew.
